Insulated Metal Panels

Insulated metal panels (IMPs) are an integral component of modern thermal construction.  IMPs are wall and roof panels manufactured with two single-skin metal skins, a factory applied air and vapor shield,  a foam filled insulating core.  IMPs are available in a variety of finishes, thicknesses for different R-values, and ratings for fire resistivity allowing for improved flexibility in design while providing greater insulating value over other cladding systems.   Installation of IMPs also provides advantages over other construction materials for their speed of installation.  IMP’s provide interior and exterior finished surfaces simultaneously during erection allowing for other trades to begin their work behind IMP installation sooner.

Membrane Roofing

Membrane roofing consisting of thermoplastic (TPO), synthetic rubber (EDPM), or modified bitumen provides water tight and vapor tight roofing solutions.  In controlled climate environments such as processing facilities and cold storage facilities, vapor barrier integrity is paramount.  Meadowwood Enterprises approach of offering the roofing system in conjunction with walls and underfloor, ME will control the tie-in of the vapor barrier between roof and wall to ensure complete integrity of both systems.

Underfloor Insulation

Underfloor Insulation and Thermal Column Insulation Blocks

Underfloor insulation is often the unsung hero of thermal envelope systems and can prove to be the most costly if not managed properly.  Vapor barrier integrity under the underfloor system and where it ties into the IMP wall system prevents moisture infiltration from subgrade and potential freeze heave of the slab system.  Underfloor insulation is available in several thicknesses for R-value based on space temperature as well as compressive strengths to ensure the load capacity of the slab above the insulation is maintained.  Meadowwood Enterprises will work with the  design professional involved with your project to ensure these critical components of the project are properly contemplated, and ensure successful installation.

"When we realized that it was time to have a new roof installed on one of our older warehouse buildings, we didn't know where to start. We reached out to a few companies for quotes, and that was all we got... quotes.  The guys at Meadowwood took time to explain the process and the details about what all would be required. Our roof looks and functions great, we are very glad we decided to work with Meadowwood."

"We have an older metal building that was still structurally sound but had terrible insulation. We needed the temperature to remain within a certain range for our equipment and the building was constantly too hot or cold, and we were spending a ton in heating and air conditioning cost. We had Meadowwood redo our panels, and it made a world of difference. The work was affordable and the customer service was excellent. We plan on having the panels on 2 more buildings done due to the cost savings."
